Our Company


Incorporated in 2003 by Diane and Steve Bennett, MNX Security was built on family values and to this day remains a close-knit organisation with loyal and highly motivated employees, who are passionate about the company and the wide range of businesses they represent. A fusion of military expertise and hospitality, the vision was to create a company that provided an excellent standard of security services whilst maintaining a friendly, customer orientated approach.

Diane

Bennett

Managing Director

Diane began her career in pub management before co-establishing MNX Security in 2003. She worked front of house as a door supervisor and as a close protection officer for celebrity events and photoshoots with high value goods. Recently, her focus has been the continual improvement of the MNX management team, client relations, administration and health & safety.

Steve

Bennett

Operations Director

Steve had a long military career, serving in the Welsh Guards, incorporating various security related jobs before co-establishing MNX in 2003. He has overseen operations for the company whilst working front of house as a door supervisor and developing a vast network of clients and industry contacts.

Charlotte

McCreary

Office Manager

Charlotte began her career in accountancy before joining MNX Security in 2009. She is the first point of contact for MNX HQ, managing all office related matters. As head of finance she is integral to business administration and client relations.



Maxine Bennett-

Price

Operations  Manager

Maxine worked for MNX Security as a door supervisor from 2006 to 2008 before leaving to concentrate on her career in customer relations. She returned in 2021 as Compliance Officer, using her administrative skillset to manage compliance with industry legislation, human resources and client relations.

Steven

Peters

Account Manager

Steven served a full-term military career with the Welsh Guards, attaining the rank of Regimental Sergeant Major. He joined MNX Security in 2023 as manager of the casino division. Steven is currently working towards transferring his military qualifications to the security industry in the form of close protection, teacher trainer and health & safety.

Paul Jones

Senior Door Supervisor

Paul has worked with MNX since 2004 and is the longest serving member of our security team. Working on numerous assignments from nightclubs to the 2012 Olympics to supervising our holiday resort teams, Paul has been our ‘boots on the ground’ all over the country. He has vast experience of on-boarding and mentoring team members and liaising with our clients’ managers and staff.
